2022 was a difficult year for us due to weather, our worst in 25 years of operation. Due to windy conditions that extended most of the summer, we had significantly more cancellations than a normal season. Due to this higher than normal cancellation rate we are focusing on guests who have not flown, but were cancelled in 2022.
For that reason, we are not accepting NEW balloon ride purchases at this time. This is why our online booking option has been disabled. Instead, we are putting our full focus on those guests who’ve previously purchased a certificate, during the 2022 season and prior, and allowing them to book their flights without competing for spots with new purchasers.
If you are an existing customer, who purchased a certificate in 2022 or before, please give us a call at (262) 206-3975 and we will rebook your flight.
Like many businesses, we have had our share of trouble filling critical positions in our customer services department. We are currently running a limited schedule for office hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we’ll return calls during our scheduled office hours.
